My satisfaction with my operated nose was originally low, but I lived thinking, “Still, it became prettier than before.” But as I keep taking photos, though I originally don’t take many photos, my side profile feels like the nose was attached onto my face, it’s pointy, when I smile it becomes a pointy arrow nose, and my nostrils are still way too big. So I started considering nostril reduction, but after looking at reviews here and there, my mind has leaned a lot toward complete removal. But if I remove everything, my natural nose was a very bulbous nose, so I’m worried. Please share your opinions comfortably. Photos deleted
