I had surgery a long time ago using an L-shaped silicone implant. If I remove the silicone, will it go back to my original nose? I’m also thinking about revision surgery, but I’m hesitating because I’m worried that if I get greedy trying to make it prettier and touch it again, the nose shape might become even stranger.
