One-Month Review After Septal Extension Nose Implant Removal

I received a lot of help from this community too, and I want to help others as well, so I’m going to write a one-month review after nose removal. I didn’t have inflammation or any other major side effects, but I decided to remove it because of the most important issue: breathing. First, my case was a septal extension lifted with an ear cartilage strut, with no implant, and I decided to remove everything in my nose and finish with septal reinforcement, cartilage repositioning, and tying work.
