I didn’t have inflammation or any other major side effects, but I decided to remove it because of the most important issue: breathing. First, my case was a septal extension lifted with an ear cartilage strut, with no implant, and I decided to remove everything in my nose and finish with septal reinforcement, cartilage repositioning, and tying work. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
