I had a blunt bulbous nose, and it was lengthened with implant-free septal extension. They said that because, when extending it, they gathered skin from the glabella and philtrum areas to lengthen it, if everything is removed, the stretched skin may remain, so there is a possibility that the nose could become even blunter than my original nose.
