Is there anyone whose columella became longer after nose surgery? I didn’t use an implant and only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage lol. But while lifting the nasal tip, I think they raised it while making the support strut long to prevent an upturned nose. So I’m planning full removal next month, but does the columella length go back too? My side profile definitely got shorter. But from the side and front, it’s freaking long like some witch, damn it. Rather than the columella, the nose length itself just got longer, and it makes me curse. The nasal tip also protrudes. Does this go back to the columella length of my original nose?
