I had septal extension using septal cartilage. Honestly, I want to just remove everything, but as the removal date gets closer, I’m wondering if leaving the columellar support strut is the right thing to do. There seem to be many people who are doing fine after total removal, so I’m conflicted If I leave the support strut, could there be separate side effects later? Not being able to make a pig nose is obvious, but if anyone knows whether it can bend later or cause inflammation, please tell me
