My nose was low, so I had a septal extension with costal cartilage, but it’s too high and pointy, and I want to replace it with other cartilage. Has anyone had a similar surgery? Please answer. Is removing a septal extension with autologous costal cartilage a very difficult surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
