To begin with, I didn't raise my nose that much with 3 mm silicone, but if I have it removed, would it be really noticeable? Putting aside whether it looks pretty, I feel like contracture in my nose is gradually progressing, so I'm thinking of taking it out completely. But then I also see posts saying contracture can keep progressing even after removing silicone, so I don't know what's right.
