ㅠㅜ I have something I’m curious about, everyone. When removing the nose implant/material, it gets divided into open or closed, right? Is whether to do it open or closed decided depending on nasal manipulation and the surgical method? Like, if there’s a lot of manipulation, they do it open, that kind of thing

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
