My nasal tip was septal extension using costal cartilage, and my nasal bridge used silicone, but day by day my nasal tip is drooping and the nasal dorsum is getting longer, so my face looks longer too. It doesn’t match my image, so I’m trying to remove it. If the septum was supported with costal cartilage, is removal surgery harder? Is there anyone here like me? My septum was very short and small, so costal cartilage was used, but it’s so uncomfortable and hard that I want to replace it with ear cartilage. Would that be possible?
