I had rhinitis surgery, and for cosmetic purposes I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge and septal extension with autologous rib cartilage. Maybe they extended the columella too excessively, but I look witch-like and my nose is drooping too. In this case, because too much manipulation was done, will revision surgery be difficult..? Every single day is so painful. I’m having suicidal urges. Will I be able to live?
