Since about a month ago, maybe because of the nasal silicone I’ve had for over 15 years, my nose has felt pressured, stuffy inside, and tight, so I’m planning to remove the nasal silicone. After removing nasal silicone that’s been in for over 15 years, if the nasal bone has been compressed, could my nose become even lower than my original nose?
