I have nasal contracture and am thinking about revision surgery, so I’m looking into hospitals that specialize in revision surgery Since I need to lengthen my short, upturned nose, I know that strong support is usually needed and most places use costal cartilage But I’d like to avoid costal cartilage if possible, and since the contracture came from silicone, I want to avoid implants as much as I can. I’m also debating dermis because of the absorption rate. I don’t like a flashy or obvious look, and I want it to be natural and safe so I never have to get revision surgery again, so for now I went to two places.
