I had surgery 10 years ago with silicone and septal cartilage, and I definitely want to remove the silicone. 1 Remove only the silicone and revise the area under the nose with ear cartilage 2 Just remove everything. My natural nose really isn't pretty, and my columella is very recessed, so I'm so torn between just removing everything and living comfortably even if it's ugly, or redoing the nasal tip. My nasal tip is currently done with septal cartilage, but if I remove this, will the shape become even worse than my natural nose? If it were everyone here, what decision do you think you'd make Please help
