Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m thinking of having surgery because I can’t breathe. Could I get some advice...

I had surgery at ㄷㅁㅌ and my nose shape got prettier, but I can’t breathe well.. I had another surgery as an after-service procedure, but in the end they only operated on the right side. Still, the side they operated on lets me breathe relatively better.. .. I had an appointment at a university hospital, and they said my nasal valve is very narrow, so I need open surgery, but since it has only been about 4 months since my surgery, they said they can’t operate yet and that I should do it in about 2 months.. After the first surgery and then a second surgery, I’m now 5 months out, and I’m planning to remove the silicone and have surgery to widen the nasal valve. I don’t know whether I should do it at the university hospital where I was examined or at Dr. Jin ENT. I heard Dr. Jin ENT is good at functional nose surgery,, But the cost isn’t easy.. They say at the university hospital, surgery would only come out to about 2 million won, and at Dr. Jin it would cost almost about 7 million won, so I’m really torn. Since I’m getting surgery once, I want to do it at a good place, but I don’t know whether the university hospital would also do functional nose surgery well ㅜㅜ If anyone here has experience, could I get recommendations for a good hospital or some advice? ..   I’m a man who likes exercise, but if I do even slightly intense exercise or physically demanding work, I get short of breath quickly, I can’t smell like before, I’ve become sensitive, and my quality of life has dropped so much that it’s hard ㅜㅜ
