Recently, I left a question because my philtrum seemed lifted and my nasal tip seemed a bit upturned, and after receiving many comments from everyone here telling me not to worry, I tried to think positively. It has been exactly 2 weeks since surgery, and to get straight to the point, I’m going to look into removal. I had non-implant hump nose surgery, with a little osteotomy of the hump, and they said my septal cartilage was larger and more sufficient than most people’s, so unless something unusual came up, they would use only septal cartilage. They said that if donor costal cartilage was needed after opening the nose, they would use it, but since they didn’t say anything…
