No matter how severe my rhinitis was, I never had nasal congestion, but since this year the congestion has been really bad. I only had a non-implant nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but the nasal tip is too pointy and extremely unnatural, so I’m looking into nose implant/cartilage removal. I’m worried about so many things. The more revision surgeries I have, the more exhausted I get, and hospitals always consult so confidently, as if I’ll maintain a pretty nose for life, so the side effects are entirely on me sigh. But if I remove everything, that also doesn’t seem like an ordinary matter. Cosmetically, I like that I don’t have silicone now, but the nasal tip is so stressful, and while doing functional nose surgery, raising it again…
