For those who had septal extension and implant-free nasal tip removal, if you remove it, is it possible to live without thinking about your nose, with no foreign-body sensation or pulling, like your original nose? Or once a nose has been operated on, even after removal, do you have to tolerate some kind of foreign-body sensation? After removal, please leave honest reviews in the comments without holding back. Because daily life is difficult due to foreign-body sensation, nasal fixation discomfort, breathing tightness, etc., I am considering removal, but if the situation becomes worse than now after removal, returning to daily life may become even harder.
