6 months ago, I had nasal silicone implant surgery and nasal tip cartilage surgery, but since about a month ago, the silicone has been showing through near the nasal tip. It was my second revision surgery, so I really don't want to have any more surgery now, but it keeps bothering meㅠㅠㅠ People say it isn't noticeable, but to my eyes it keeps standing out, so I want to correct it with filler. Would that be okay, or do I need revision surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
