The director was completely calm and told me to ask anything I was curious about, so they explained everything, and had a serious professor-like presence. Since I was asking anyway, I asked about everything, including complete removal of the silicone, donated costal cartilage, and septal extension. The consultation fee was quite expensive, but I didn’t really feel it was a waste of money.
