For my first surgery, I had donated costal cartilage and silicone inserted, and it’s been a little under 2 years. My nasal tip has already dropped And during my first surgery, I kind of just left my nose up to the clinic, like “please take care of it however you think is best,” so it wasn’t the shape I wanted. This time, I want to ask them to make it the shape I want. I still have a bit of a bulbous-nose feel, and I had a straight-to-slightly-curved profile done, but I want my nasal tip a bit higher and slimmer. I want a feel like Geunal and Cheoeumcheoreom, so please let me know more clinics like these. I’ve looked through almost all the reviews, but I mostly looked at well-known clinics, so I don’t know all the clinics If anyone here has a similar case to mine and wants a similar feel, please tell me some clinics....
