It's been 3 years since I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, and it's not that I'm dissatisfied with the shape or that there are any problems. But seeing my friend suffer next to me after developing contracture made me anxious. She had revision surgery, but the result wasn't that great either. Of course, it did get much better than when she had contracture I just keep wondering whether I can keep living with silicone even as I get older, and this anxious feeling keeps not going away.
