I live outside Seoul and have had nose surgery twice The silicone looked like it was about to come out through my nasal tip, so it's been almost 2 months since I had everything removed. I really felt I shouldn't have a full removal done outside Seoul anymore, so I had it done at a famous hospital in Seoul. But even before removal, I originally had a crooked columella and asymmetry in nostril size and shape After removal, it shows even more, so I'm looking into surgery again I have a bit of a bulbous nose and also a white-looking nose What stresses me out the most is my nostrils and crooked columella Is there anyone like me?
