I'm thinking about total removal, but I have no nasal bridge at all, so I'm wondering whether I should put in MegaDerm donated dermis at least. Is there anyone who regretted it after total removal or has used MegaDerm? Or if the sense of loss is really too severe after total removal, can I put MegaDerm back in then?
