I'm someone who simply wants total removal due to dissatisfaction and psychological reasons, and wants to live comfortably with my natural nose. I don't have side effects like an inflammatory reaction. I can't remove it right away, so I'm going to wait 6 months. My original nose had somewhat of a nasal bridge and the nasal tip was droopy. But since silicone was inserted, they probably shaved down the slight hump I had. I'll ask the surgeon who operated on me again about this later. I had it done with silicone and donated costal cartilage, but I want to just remove even the support strut and go back completely natural, but they say I can't go back 100% to my original nose.
