At the first place I went, they said I had the 3 functional issues: rhinitis, nasal valve, and deviated septum, plus hump osteotomy, 2-3 mm silicone, nasal tip, and columellar cartilage. I want to remove everything, but is there anyone here who was told that certain areas are risky to remove, or who removed them and now has discomfort? They say if I remove the columellar cartilage, it could collapse, and the hospital where I first had it done said it would just go back to my original nose height. I consulted, and what is actually right?
