Why isn't there a single doctor trying to strongly talk me out of primary surgery? It's not just a little money; if you call it a large sum, it is a large sum, and I'm paying it myself while looking into revision surgery, sitting there like a criminal asking if it can be done. They say even this might succeed or fail, and I have to pay consultation fees to find out. In this situation, I can't tell whether I'm the customer with the money or the one at a disadvantage. I'm also scared they'll open it up and then say it's a nose they can't operate on and close it back up. Damn it
