Is there a surgery that expands the brown-colored area in the drawing laterally? Due to damage to the nasal tip cartilage, alar cartilage, and nasal wing cartilage, one side has collapsed a bit and I have severe nasal obstruction. The reason for the damage is that while removing silicone through a closed approach, one side was cut.
