For the bridge, I had the hump shaved down and one thin piece of silicone placed, and for the nasal tip, I had a septal cartilage strut built and stacked, plus cartilage suturing. Would this count as a nose that has been manipulated a lot...? I’m considering full removal, but I’ve heard that the more manipulated the nose is, the harder it is to return to the original nose I’m so worried...
