Will people all notice? If there’s cartilage show-through, I guess removing it quickly is the right thing to do. At 4 months, I wanted to remove it quickly, but honestly, now I’ve gotten used to it, and I really like the front view The side view does look too high, though. But since there’s silicone all the way into the nasal tip, and I always have anxiety about contracture and inflammation, removal is probably right, isn’t it?
