I had Gore-Tex inserted. The surgery didn’t hurt, and it didn’t hurt much afterward either. Since the incision was inside my mouth, there was nothing uncomfortable except being careful so food debris wouldn’t get stuck in the stitched area after eating. The swelling went down a lot after 1 week, and now that it’s week 2, it’s almost all gone. But. I don’t know how it is for others, but after the surgery, it feels like my lower teeth have come forward overall. It also feels like they keep bumping into my upper teeth... Ah, I’m worried. I had orthodontic treatment a long time ago. They’re not crooked, but overall they seem to have moved forward. Right at the stitched area. And it feels a bit numb and tingling. When does this sensation go away? How is it for you all? And around when does the stitched area inside the lower mouth stop hurting completely even if I turn it inside out? I also need to have my wisdom teeth removed... I’m satisfied with my face after surgery and everything is great, but I’m so depressed because of these lower teeth. Do I have to get orthodontics again... I don’t even have money... Anyway, please let me know how it was for others.
