When I went for a consultation this time, they said it looks like I never had alar base reduction. They said there’s no scar at all and no trace that it was done. Even in my memory, I didn’t really have any scars around the alar area. It’s been 9 years since the surgery, so even if I go ask and they say it wasn’t done, I can’t really argue. Sigh
