It has been 10 years since my nose surgery, and as I’ve aged and my skin has become even thinner, the nasal tip looks more prominent. The nasal dorsum was done with dermis, so there is no issue at all, and the nasal tip was lengthened with ear cartilage. Ear cartilage was placed on the nasal tip. At the first removal clinic, the doctor felt inside my nose, looked inside, and explained diligently, then said it seems like only the ear cartilage placed on the nasal tip needs to be removed. At the second removal clinic, they took a CT and camera photos, then said that if I remove the ear cartilage from the nasal tip, it will become sunken, so dermis must be used, while explaining...
