Is there anyone who had rhinoplasty with autologous dermis? Even though I did not raise it much, maybe because my skin was too thin and my nose was small, the arrow-shaped nose, pointed nose, and silicone showing through are really severe, so I am going to get revision surgery For now, putting silicone back in is something my nose cannot handle, so I think I will either need autologous dermis or removal.
