I’m so curious whether a pig nose is possible if the columellar strut is left short, how the nasal tip moves, and whether it returned similarly to the original nose In my heart I want complete removal, but I don’t think I can handle the risks, so I want to remove the silicone and ear cartilage and change the septal extension into a short strut. Has anyone here had surgery like this?
