Right now I have a mild inflammatory reaction in my nose, so I’m considering revision surgery. Of course I thought everything could be done with a closed approach, but there aren’t as many closed-approach options as I expected. I contacted a few places famous for the closed approach, and the prices were ㄷㄷ ㄴㅈㄹㅗㅡㅐㅂ ㅇㅍㅔㅣㄱ ㄹㅅㅌㅏㅡㅡ ㅁㅅㅇㅣㅗㅠ Among these, where seems the most natural? I only want to slightly improve the bulbous nasal tip. So I’m also thinking about ㅂㅇㅇㅣㅐㅕㅇ and ㅋㅈㅋ
