Right now, both my nasal bridge and nasal tip show through a lot, so I do want to have everything removed, but I’m really worried that the shape might change a lot. If it’s only to the extent that I’m the only one who can notice, then maybe it would be okay, but I heard there are cases where that’s not the case. What worries me the most is the nose turning up and the columella curling inward. Even if we say silicone can be like that, usually is the reason cartilage shows through because it was placed too high? Then if I remove the silicone and leave only the cartilage, the height would go down too, so would it be okay? To be honest, I had it done thinking side effects and things like that probably wouldn’t happen to me. But …
