It’s been 2 years since I had surgery using a septal implant, silicone, and donated costal cartilage. I liked the shape and had been living without side effects, but about a week ago, I suddenly felt like the silicone was pressing down. It wasn’t severe, but since about 3 days ago, the cramping sensation and throbbing pain around the nasal tip and columella have gotten worse, and now I even feel headaches and tooth pain. But externally it looks completely fine, and there’s no heat sensation or swelling. The clinic also said it’s because my nose was raised too high, and that there’s nothing abnormal even on CT I also saw posts saying it could be due to psychological factors and immunity, so I’m taking all my supplements and trying to rest as much as possible, but stres…
