My nose is this crooked. I’m uploading it because it shows up somewhat clearly in the photoㅠㅠ It wasn’t like this before surgery. Could the osteotomy have been done wrong, or could this be because scar tissue formed? One side is indented in a C shape, and there is a step-off following that exact shapeㅠ Right above the C shape, something protrudes horizontally and looks like a hump. If that kind of thing is removed, would it look a bit less noticeable?
