I had my nasal bridge done with silicone. From the outside, it doesn't look like there is any inflammation at all. But when I wear glasses or touch the silicone area, it feels achy and there is some pressure, so I can't wear glasses because it hurts. But recently I had inflammation inside my nose and took antibiotics, and when I went to the original clinic, they said it doesn't look like there is inflammation. At the original clinic, for now we decided to remove only the silicone. But if there actually is inflammation, and they remove only the silicone through a closed approach, could the doctor miss the inflammation and pass over it? That's what I'm worried about
