I went to my original surgery clinic for a removal consultation, and it was so different from what I expected. They told me to reposition the septal cartilage and just lower the height, but I wanted removal because of the foreign body sensation from the septal cartilage And they said that even if I remove it, the stiffness at the nasal tip won’t go away. I thought if I removed it or repositioned it, the stiffness would disappear
