I had surgery for a slightly bulbous and short nose. I wanted it to become slightly longer and for the nasal tip to come down a little, so after worrying about it for years, I suddenly went through with the surgery. I know there is probably still swelling, but I’m so worried that my nostrils are slightly asymmetrical, that the nostril shape looks pointed, and that it may look pinched. In front-view photos, my nostrils are visible. The height of my nose also feels upturned, and I can’t sleep. It has been about a month Will it get worse? I wonder if it only looks more like this because it’s the contraction phase. It looks like a dragon nose, and the nasal bridge is thick, but the nasal tip has become thin in an inverted-triangle shape, so I’m really distressed…
