Hi, I'm someone who has decided on total removal. As for side effects, I was told things like, because I have alar protrusion, my nostrils could become uneven. As long as it's not severe, I want to do it. The problem is removing the splint and stitches. The removal cost isn't small, so I want to return to work as soon as possible. When are the splint and stitches usually removed?
