Everyone, help me I had nose surgery 12 years ago because of a hump nose. Recently inflammation came up, so I decided on revision surgery. My parents had been telling me from before to look into revision surgery because my nose was crooked and there was a sunken area in the nasal ala. But the cost of revision surgery is no joke, I don’t know the clinics well, and I was scared of having surgery again, so I kept putting it off. Anyway, since I made up my mind to do it, I thought while I’m at it, I should improve the drooping nasal tip and, design-wise, also change my masculine-looking nose a bit. So far I’ve been to about four places. But they commonly said that in my current appearance, the silicone has rotated to one side…
