I’m 3 years post-op, and due to contracture, I’m starting to get columellar retraction I’m also not happy with the silicone implant right now, and when I get revision surgery, I want to do alar reduction at the same time… Is there really no clinic that can build up the columella firmly and well… Honestly, less than a month after surgery, my nasal tip collapsed, so they said they would do the A/S free of charge, but I didn’t want to have it opened up again at the place that messed it up, with my autologous material being taken apart again, so I didn’t do it…
