I had surgery at a famous hospital 12 years ago. For reference, I still trust that hospital. They specialize in noses. I have my wedding coming up in September, but since yesterday, the area between my columella and nasal tip has turned red, and it hurts when I press it. My nose also keeps feeling tight, and I keep feeling a foreign-body sensation near the nasal tip. I never even thought about revision surgery in the first place, so I used the best nasal bridge implant available at that time, and anything that could be taken from my own body was taken from my own body. They used both ear cartilage and all of my septal cartilage. Even back then, I paid almost as much as breast surgery would cost, so that says it all. But inflammation now… lol……
