Nose Re-Surgery

Cartilage still shows through even after lowering my nasal tip..

Last year, when I had my nasal silicone removed, I was told that the nasal tip cartilage was also excessive, so I had it repositioned to lower the nasal tip. At that time, they removed the auricular cartilage that had been placed too high, and made the nasal tip look natural using only the septal cartilage. At first, it looked so pretty and round, but after a year passed, the nasal tip cartilage has gradually become small and pointy. Since the cartilage that used to be large and high was removed, I would think the skin should have a little more room, so why is it showing through like this? And when I touch the cartilage area, I can just feel all of that cartilage plainly. Could it be blood circulation...
