If I’m getting revision rhinoplasty because of a drooping nasal tip, would it be better to use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage? It’s partly because of the drooping nasal tip, but since I’m getting revision surgery anyway, I want a more dramatic look. When I looked at reviews of dramatic noses from places like Pint and Another, most of them used costal cartilage But honestly, I’m a bit worried because of the cost burden. They say revision surgery starts at basically double the cost of the first surgery, so if costal cartilage is used on top of that, the price goes up even more, right? And is there a big difference between using donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage?
콘파치로 Everyone, if possible, even if it’s a bit more expensive, do autologous costal cartilage instead of donated costal cartilage They say autologous costal cartilage can settle much better.. That’s why I’m also going to get revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage!! I’m looking at ㄹㅇ장, ㅁㅇㄷ, and ㅇㅇㅂ clinics!
집가고싶오 I don’t know about the other things, but for now I heard that autologous costal cartilage is a support structure, so it shouldn’t be used carelessly
으억살려조 If it were me, I think I’d use autologous costal cartilage!!
윤아SK Yeah, usually for that kind of reason, they’ll often recommend either donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. After hearing that, you can choose the material you want! When I was looking into it, I heard donated costal cartilage also has a high absorption rate, so I did autologous costal cartilage at ㅍㄴㅅ I think this also depends on personal preference.
산타선물 I guess costal cartilage is firm and there’s a generous amount that can be used? It does seem like costal cartilage is mainly used when making the nose high and dramatic. If you’re doing a dramatic nose like ㅍㅌ, ㄹㅂㄹ is also okay.
김밥계란마리 Right?? It probably is, right?
