Nose Re-Surgery

When Getting Revision Surgery for a Drooping Nasal Tip

If I’m getting revision rhinoplasty because of a drooping nasal tip, would it be better to use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage? It’s partly because of the drooping nasal tip, but since I’m getting revision surgery anyway, I want a more dramatic look. When I looked at reviews of dramatic noses from places like Pint and Another, most of them used costal cartilage But honestly, I’m a bit worried because of the cost burden. They say revision surgery starts at basically double the cost of the first surgery, so if costal cartilage is used on top of that, the price goes up even more, right? And is there a big difference between using donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage?
