I want to remove the septal extension I think the support strut was done with rib cartilage, but if I don’t remove the support strut and only remove the septal extension, will it not collapse or turn up? Seriously, I don’t know why I touched itㅠㅜㅜㅡㅠㅜ The photo above is my original nose, but if I remove both the support strut and the septal extension, it’ll 100% turn up more than before, right?
