I’m getting consultations for total nasal implant removal, and I saw that some hospitals don’t separately prescribe scar ointment. During my first surgery, I was prescribed ophthalmic ointment, so I applied that inside my nose and along the nasal incision line. Are there cases where you don’t apply anything at all after surgery?
